Tax Payments may be made :

• By Mail
• In Person in the Treasurer’s office during regular business hours, at all branches of United Bank and Bucyrus First Federal Community Bank in Crawford County during the 1st and 2nd half Real Estate Collection Times (Real Estate tax only)
• By Credit Card (see next item)

Payment with Credit cards

Tax Payments may be made with your credit card (visa mastercard, discover card, American Express) at home using your touch tone phone or on the internet. For internet payment, click on button at left. To use the telephone, continue with instructions in this section. The Treasurer’s office provides this service through the Official Payments Corp.

IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 1 BILL TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD CONTACT THE TREASURER’S OFFICE

Tax Payers must use there own touchtone phone using the following instructions and will need to have their tax bills. The payment with a credit card will not be considered late if the transaction is completed by the due date at midnight.

1. Dial 1-888-272-9829
2. Select option 3 when prompted to pay your tax bill
3. Enter Jurisdiction code 4505
4. Enter your parcel number or your account number from your bill  Real Estate -11 or 12 digits  Manufactured Homes- 5 or 6 digits 
5. Enter your Phone Number
6. Enter the payment information
7. Enter credit card number
8. You will be told what the fee is for this transaction before your are asked to complete it. This fee is collected by the Credit Card Company
9. Wait for Verification
10. You will receive a confirmation number at the end of the transaction. Please keep this number for future reference
11. A few days later call the Treasurer’s office to verify payment was made
